Tracking numbers show up in your email (check your spam) either the night of your order, or the following day.
If your package seems to be not moving, it might just take a couple days to update if USPS or your carrier hasn’t scanned properly.
If it’s been longer, email me with your order number in the subject line and we’ll get it sorted.

MISTAKES HAPPEN AND I TRY TO TAKE THE TIME TO DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK EVERY ORDER THAT GOES OUT. THIS IS WHY I INCLUDE A PACKING SLIP WITH YOUR ORDER AND CIRCLE THE ITEM INSIDE. IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL AND WE CAN SORT IT OUT.

If your package went missing or says it was delivered, but it’s not in your mailbox, unfortunately, USPS/UPS / international delivery is out of our control.
PfabDesign is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as scanned into the postal system or delivered by the carrier to the address entered for an order. This responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package has been scanned into their system.
Upon request, we can confirm the address provided along with the delivery date and tracking number for the customer to investigate. Please keep in mind we only have access to the same tracking info as you.
If you find yourself in this situation, the best course of action would be to reach out to your local post office and/or mail carrier, as they will be able to see exactly where it was delivered as there is a GPS coordinate attached to a package when it’s scanned for delivery. If you live in a building with many boxes, we recommend leaving a note in the common area, as that could help locate the package if you suspect it was put in the wrong box.
We recommend reaching out to us after your purchase to add insurance to your order if you wish to protect your purchase.
As always, the satisfaction of our customers is our #1 priority, and we want to work with you to ensure you receive your order. We recommend giving it 2-3 weeks from your delivery date to contact us about a package marked delivered. In our experience, the packages typically turn up in a couple of days or weeks after it was marked ‘delivered’.

Absolutely! There is a $1 charge per shipping fee that is refunded.
ie: If you place 2 orders and you want them combined, it's a $1 fee. If you place 3 orders, then it's a $2 fee, and so on.
